Hana Farhat

About

Hana Farhat brings a practical, compassionate, and client-focused approach to the practice of law. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia in 2023, where she developed a strong foundation in legal advocacy, research, and dispute resolution. Following her return to Canada, Hana successfully completed the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) process and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2025.

Hana maintains a broad practice with a focus on family law, wills and estate planning, and real estate law. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate significant life transitions with clarity and confidence. In addition, Hana brings valuable experience in personal injury law, which has strengthened her ability to advocate effectively for clients facing challenging and often emotional circumstances. This background informs her empathetic, solutions-oriented approach and her commitment to achieving meaningful, client-centered outcomes.

Throughout her legal education and early career, Hana has worked closely with individuals and families facing complex legal issues. She understands that legal matters often arise during stressful times and is committed to delivering thoughtful, tailored solutions that address each client's unique needs. Hana takes pride in building strong client relationships grounded in trust, communication, and professionalism.

Outside of her legal practice, Hana enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and exploring new travel destinations.
