Braedon maintains a practice of law focused on general civil litigation and family law and is able to assist clients with a variety of legal issues.  He understands that most circumstances that require a lawyer are stressful, and he finds satisfaction in being able to assist clients in solving their legal problems. He tailors his approach on each case to the particular needs and circumstances of his clients. He considers options to resolve matters outside of court, but is also prepared to proceed to litigation in order to preserve his clients’ interest.

Braedon Tong graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2022. While in law school, he extensively volunteered with Student Legal Services, where he was a dayleader in the Criminal Law Project and was elected Executive Coordinator in his final year. Prior to attending law school, he served in the Canadian Armed Forces in the 1st Regiment, Royal Canadian Horse Artillery as a Field Artilleryman in Shilo Manitoba. After his military service, he attended the University of British Columbia where he obtained a BA in History.

Braedon was called to the bar in July 2022. Prior to working at Queck & Associates, Braedon worked in civil litigation, including in insurance, employment, personal injury, construction, shareholder and other disputes. He is also able to assist with real estate matters.

Outside work, he also volunteers as a member of the Board of Directors of the Sherwood Park Fish and Game Association.
